Role Overview:
The Partnerships Executive is responsible for leading and executing the influencer marketing strategy. Reporting into the Head of Communications, working closely with the social team, they will  successfully develop and manage a varied mix of influencer campaigns from end to end. 

The role will work with some of the most exciting people and teams in the health and sustainability world and will help grow brand awareness in these areas. 

The role will also manage and deliver our affiliate strategy and will provide weekly and monthly reports on the programs results.  

Responsibilities:

A) Influencer marketing 

=      Build successful & authentic relationships with new and existing influencers over phone, email and in person.

=      Shaping and delivering the Vivobarefoot influencer marketing strategy. 

=      Working with some of the most amazing talents in the wellness, health and sustainability industry.

=      Work closely with the Social Team to identify potential influencers, as well as ensuring knowledge, contact and content sharing across teams.

=      Working with influencers to produce UGC content for Vivobarefoot campaigns and social media.

=      Weekly and monthly reporting on success and learnings.

=      Keeping yourself and the wider business up to date with regular update on trends, personalities, competitor activity and developments in the influencer and partnerships space. 

 

 B) Affiliate marketing

 

  • Take full ownership of the UK & US Affiliate strategy including acquisition, retention and onboarding of new affiliates and partnerships.
  • Manage the affiliate budget, including ROI and budget spend.
  • Negotiate and review commercial agreements with affiliate partners
  • Oversee all affiliate campaigns ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Managing affiliate payments and invoicing.
  • Analysing performance, creating reports and presenting to senior stakeholders

 

Person profile and skills:

 

=      A real people person, building great relationships and networks within sports, wellness, sustainability arenas. 

=      Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be utilised with influencers.

=      Implementing business strategies with creativity and always meeting deadlines.

=      A real people person, building great relationships and networks within sports, wellness, sustainability arenas. 

=      Being creative, imaginative, and curious about ours & competitors’ products and services.

  • Ability to manage multiple work streams, prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • be highly self-motivated and well organised.
  • familiarising yourself with the concept of barefoot and a willingness to learn.

=      Experience with ROI, CPC, CPM and revenue share payment models.

=       At least 1 years’ experience managing an affiliate programme, preferably for an ecommerce business.
