Summary Job Description

Vivobarefoot is growing fast and as it does we are implementing systems to manage that growth. As with any fast growing business, at Vivobarefoot we have a number of different systems managing different areas of the business. We have begun harmonizing these systems with the implementation of Netsuite. The plan for the future is to either use additional Netsuite products, where appropriate or fully integrating new systems into Netsuite if not.

The right applicant will be eager to develop strategies for the future of the business, while unafraid of getting involved in the day to day needed to advance the business.

 

Role accountabilities:

=         Strong business engagement, strategic partnering and senior stakeholder management skills

=         Blend of best practice knowledge gained through corporate experience balanced with experience of entrepreneurial, rapid changing, fast growth and immature environments

=         Experience in delivering business solutions and managing a broad range of cross functional IT projects involving enterprise software, infrastructure, security, and IT support

=         Maintaining and updating GDPR polices

=         Manage current system deployment and integrations

=         Manage relationship with external IT support companies

 

 

 

General accountabilities:

You are expected to work towards our objectives for growth and development of the brand.

Contribute to your own training and development including attending appraisal meetings. Your manager will assist you by maintaining a planned approach to agreeing your personal targets which will reflect the needs of the business.

Essential Qualifications

A graduate ideally in a business, management or finance based discipline.

Knowledge, skills and experience, particularly of Netsuite.

Experience operating within a multi-channel business.

Experience of system implementation.

Understand and be able to react to a very fast paced environment.

 

Other requirements

This role may require travel within the UK and Internationally.
